Maintenance

At FAQ you only pay for the services that you use AND when you use it. No long term hosting contracts, no monthly maintenance fees, no services paid for and not being used.

Maintenance activities are divided into three groupings :

1. Creation : New document is created from information that was provided electronically or on hardcopy where it will be typed or scanned. Links to document is created from pages on web site.
   
   
2. Change : Documents changed due to contact detail changes, price changes, new services added or services removed.
   
   
3. Remove : Removal of documents from web site and the removal of all links to that document.
