Email Help: How to setup "Out of Office" reply

I get asked a lot if we if we have an "out of office" reply service & here are the instructions to setup both "Out of office" & email forwarding.

#1 Log in to Webmail

To log in into Webmail, go to https://apps.rackspace.com/. 

#2 select "Incoming Email"

  • Auto-Reply enables you to activate your auto-reply feature for times when you are out of the office.
  • Forwarding enables you to forward any mail to any email address with the option to save a copy in your inbox.
