FAQ Support Rates
- Support calls are billed in addition to hosting fees with a minimum of 20 min per request.
- All requests must be logged online or on support email, phone / Whatsapp / Telegram support will be logged by support staff.
- All calls that can be done within 1 hour will be completed as soon as possible (and we aim to have all calls completed within 48 hours) and will be billed in blocks of 20 min. All requests that are estimated to take longer than 1 hour will be quoted and must be approved before work will start
- Standard support rates (Mar 2025-Feb 2026):
- Content, design & online support - R240 p/20min or R595ph
- Development - R295 p/20min or R860ph
- Project management, IT systems, consulting & onsite support - R350 p/20min or R950ph
- Ongoing Monthly Content Support Retainers:
- Basic Plan: Publish & Share 2 Articles per month
Pricing: R425/month (Save R55/month | Save R660 annually). - Standard Plan: Publish & Share 4 Articles per month
Pricing: R810/month (Save R150/month | Save R1,800 annually). - Flex Hours Plan: 1 Hour/Week
Additional Perks: 10% discount on setup costs and additional services.
Pricing: R2,150/month (Save R230/month | Save R2,760 annually). - Flex Hours Plan: 3 Hours/Week
Additional Perks: 15% discount on setup costs and additional services.
Pricing: R6,500/month (Save R640/month | Save R7,680 annually). - Flex Hours Plan: 5 Hours/Week
Additional Perks: 20% discount on setup costs and additional services.
Pricing: R10,800/month (Save R1,100/month | Save R13,200 annually).
- Basic Plan: Publish & Share 2 Articles per month
